Safety Commitment
We are one of the top maintenance contractors in the country and we attribute that to our effective safety procedures. We have an effective safety procedure because it is a combination of adopting safety best practices and over 20 years of experience in the power sector.
Our main goal is to ensure that safety becomes everybody’s business and that safety is everyone’s responsibility! We have an open-door policy when it comes to safety. Everyone is encouraged to voice concerns and suggest recommendations.
Our safety program is in accordance with the OSHA and all applicable authorities. We have safety practitioners, nurses, safety officers, and first aiders ready to assist everyone at any time.
Sharing our Safety Commitment
- Establish a clear channel of communication between all team members to ensure effective participation and collaboration is achieved regarding health, safety, and environmental welfare.
- Provide appropriate orientation and continuous training, safe systems of work, proper PPE, and sufficient information to enable employees to avoid any hazards at the workplace.
- Ensure that all health and safety hazards and risks are identified, assessed, and eliminated or managed.
- Ensure that tools, machines, and equipment are maintained and stored for best condition.
- Promote a culture of personal responsibility for safety. Safety is everyone’s responsibility!
